The $20 rebate is for "platinum" synthetic grade oil. That is not what is posted here. This is regular synthetic grade. It WILL NOT qualify for the $20 rebate.

Ah, bout time for some sparring. My land cruiser has 403,000 miles and it's gotten a mix 10w30 and 15w40 (mostly pennzoil) that whole time. For the thread purposes - I'm out of 0 weight for my wife's car so I'm in for 3.

15.99 if you fill out the Menards 11% back and it is in the form of a merchandise check. I'm surprised there's never been a class action lawsuit against Menards for their advertising practices.

There's lots of vehicles on the road today that have been to Jiffy Lube, the dealer, etc. and filled with bulk oils. As long as the OCI is fairly reasonable, they'll do okay.

Not sure why some people complain about Menard's rebates and their "deceptive" advertising practices. On the product page, it's pretty clear how they arrive at the advertised price.

Last time this deal came along, a comment was posted on how this oil made there car start burning oil…I didn't believe it cause oil is oil right?! I used it and my car started burning oil BAD and NEVER had prior, so I took my 3-5qts back that I hadn't used. 2010 Honda Crosstour.
Did it loosen/freeze PCV valve or EGR I don't know but I'm not risking my engine for it.
