If I could justify, I would purchase this kit for one of my other desktops I have. Highly recommend! I was a little leery of the bending bracket this generation of CPU's have... so I purchased this plate from amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&
I use a closed loop liquid cooled cooler for all my builds.... even though I don't overclock, but I feel it is more efficient than air.
Here is a link to my hardware via CPUz

Might just buy this and sell off the 12700K. DDR5 RAM hurts though

Edit: It is literally $240 right now on Newegg

It is a very similar board except it does not have Wifi (has antenna mounts and WiFi slot) which I did not need and is DDR4 which I have a lot of so it makes my upgrade total a lot less. The Asrock also has the USB C 3.2 2x2 20Gbps for the front port and 10Gbps for the rear while the MSI is the opposite. The Asrock has more rear USB3 ports and 1 more Gbe LAN port too. The Asrock uses the ALC1220 vs the ALC897 chip. The Asrock has 1 less M.2 2280 PCIE3x4. They both show having 2oz of copper. (Are they the same manufacturer?)
I have had great experience with Asrock in the past.

To find the Combo, you have to search for the 12700k but not open it's product page and the click on the Combo Up Savings button. I could not get to it from the 12700k product page like I use to.
Also there are similar combos for the 12700KF but I did not see one for DDR4 so even though the K is more expensive, it will be the cheaper upgrade for me.
If you did need good Wifi + BT, Newegg has the Fenvi kit for $24
