1. It runs hot. Using the "air fryer" settings on frozen foods will guarantee this thing will burn it. I usually shave a few minutes off the recommendations or lower the temp.
2. The basket is stubborn to slide in. Gotta wiggle it a bit to get it fully seated.
3. Inner riser was hard to get in. I eventually removed it and got a 3 pack of silicone baskets. BEST decision ever and a game changer for air frying. Amazon ASIN: B0BB7KYGTN
