It was automatic at the register, you didnt have to do anything. It worked on all the dyson hair products but i havent seen that glitch since then

I grabbed one of these yesterday, in store. Only the Iron/Fuchsia one lists that it includes a case in it's contents on the box, the others do not have a case listed. I can't say whether the other colors do and just don't list it as I didn't open any of the others, but I can confirm that the Iron/Fuchsia does include a case.

Why is this better than a $15 conair hair blower? Honestly. Does it dry your hair dumb fast? It takes forever to dry my daughters hair after her bath. Would this do it in less than 60 seconds?

It takes my girlfriend about two minutes to dry her hair with this. It's also really quiet. She likes it because it uses lower temperature air which does less damage to her thin hair.

My wife says that it's twice as fast, and doesn't damage her hair. It is much, much less annoying than typical hairdryers - the sound volume is lower, and the frequency is lower pitched and far less annoying.

It's also made pretty well, and has outlasted several typical hairdryers.
