I just picked up the 22l $108 like new Amazon warehouse
I consider my 20L day pack to be about as small as I'd ever want to go carrying things.
At 11L, I'd suggest just getting a good hydration pack with 1 or 2 liters of pockets for keys and a snack.
I have this in blue, for a day pack I can carry everything I need, especially in warmer weather where added layers are not as important (but I still have plenty of room for a jacket if needed)… i did buy a 22l for the colder weather
I carry snacks/lunch, 2l hydration, first aid kit, space blanket, poncho, knife, little bit of cordage x phone battery etc etc ,with space to spare …….it won't fit a kitchen sink ….what else do you need for a few hours

I don't have this model, but I have the Rapor 14L and like it so for as a day hike backpack. I currently carry a flannel, a 64 oz water bottle (because I would rather that than cleaning and drying the bladder), phone/wallet/keys, small first aid kit, a small case for dry herb vape, a folding knife and a small umbrella.
There's still room for more odds and ends, its certainly not stuffed to the point of popping yet. It's also very comfortable on how it distributes the weight. The same stuff in my larger hiking backpack feels heavier. I was thinking about getting the 20L version, but honestly after typing out the list of stuff that fits in this backpack, maybe I'm just a backpack addict looking to feeding the need 😅
