Do these mini refrigerators work better without the freezer? I just need the fridge. I used to have the freezer type (inside the same door compartment) and it wasn't very good. Also noisy. The ones without the freezer seem quieter.

I got three of the Artic Kings. They run great and they're very quiet and the freezer is big in the Arctic game. Well it's bigger than the others of this very small stature... I also have an Avanti from the early '70s from my mom it still works brilliantly.

Does this or the Arctic King one have the gurgling sound from the coolant circulation? I have tried two smaller ones and both have quiet compressors but the gurgling sound was so bothersome that I threw out one and returned the other.
