I ordered nacho cheese on 4/28. They arrived with an expiration date 4/23/23. No refund was given as "food is not returnable" per chat rep.

You gave up too easy. They cannot do a return on food, but they can certainly give you a courtesy refund and have you dispose of the product. The thing is they are not stale or bad just because they are a bit past their best-by date, as you should already know, so eat up!

The other remedy you have is from Frito-lay directly. They would send you coupons for free products.

Nacho cheese? Do you mean the original flavor that made this product famous? The flavor that lead to Doritos absolutely dominating the tortilla chip market with more than twice as many sales as the next competitor, Tostitos?

You may not like it, but you have to at least acknowledge that it's a wildly popular and successful product. Or maybe you think everybody else is wrong?
