Price is back to $14. I still prefer conair for $5 from walmart 6 yrs ago. It had more power but it died about a year ago. $1/year wasn't bad. This pos is weak but light weight and the cheapest available now. I returned $30+ Conair back to costco because it was pealing and emitted burned plastic odor. A few more Conairs went back to target and amazon because soft switches and burned plastic odor after weeks of use.
