I think the question is "main TV". If you want to upgrade a spot for free in your home. Maybe this works for a lot of people.

Meh, people freak out over privacy too much. I can just put it in the office. It's technically my "main" tv since it's on almost all day for music, sports or a random show.

So it may listen in... so is my phone, and my Alexa, and the android tv already in the room. The main obtrusive part is if the second display is always active and you wanted to put it where someone may sleep.

No different than those old as based ISPs.
