Not a bad price from a reputable seller for a 4TB. I know there are other brands a little cheaper, but I'll stick to Crucial and it's from Best Buy. If i'm gonna fill something with that much data, I don't want no janky no name brand just to save a couple bucks.

Also, the regular P3 4TB is $189, but if you're already spending this much, might as well go all out!

800TBW seems to be quite low for a 4TB drive relative to other high capacity drives I have come across. This would make a good secondary drive though.
