Weird tactics. makes me wonder how many people actually run the various staff accounts 🤔
Lmao, "Support 4K, 1080P, 3D"
I tried this with 8k and it caught on fire and destroyed my entire block.

Don't buy this unless you legitimately plan on using it for rear projection (projector behind the screen, if you're not familiar). Rear projection screens don't give you as bright of a picture as a strictly front projection screen. Definitely don't buy it if you're using it outdoors.
was so close to buying this. good catch

100 inch is huge screen wise, if your looking for something portable this might be too larger for indoor use. but at this price who can blame you for getting it.
Not sure why the down votes 100 is a big screen unless you have a bowling alley in your basement where to set it up. Don't forget the projector on a tripod in the middle of the room. This is best outdoors, you will also need a very sturdy frame for these. I tried building one that was portable and could be set up and taken down. PVC was to flimsy, 1x1s were flimsy and not portable. One wind gust and that was also gone. Spent more time and money trying to come up with solution. Bought a foldable aluminum one with proper legs sets up in minutes and fits in the trunk with the creek, still have to watch out for the wind.

This is pretty much always the best deal I've found:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1

I've owned it for three years and it's been great for the money. Don't expect a 100% flat screen, mine has very slight curling along the sides, but not on any of the viewing area. It doesn't affect anything and hasn't gotten any worse.
That is a 4x3 screen. So it's not nearly as big as people are imagining. I don't know of any 4x3 projectors anymore. Yes you can just open it up a to a certain limit. I have owned a 4x3 screen like this for 20 some years. They work but I really was hoping it was going to be a 16x9. 120 and 16x9 is much longer.

I think because it's a front/back screen? I would assume if it was just a front projecting screen the screen would be thicker and easier to see the broadcast?

id like to know too because I have a projector and currently use a big empty wall and wonder if this is worth upgrading to

Sorry for the delay... A screen designed to work for rear projection is semi-transparent so you can project through it from behind. As such, you don't get nearly as much reflected light as a front projection only screen would give you. So you lose a bit of brightness from that, and rear projection screens are also typically grey, so they don't tend to look as vibrant.

Microcenter had 85" Sony X91CJ's for $999 a month ago, really good tv, REALLY good deal.
If I was going really big I'd go that route. projector's for your daily chill spot can get depressing, always dark in the room or always faded screen, unless your paying crazy for your projector. If you got a separate theater room from your living room that's a different story then projectors are cool
(just random commenting here, everybody hope your happy with your stuff!)

If you have a big empty flat white wall this is not an upgrade. That is a pretty rare thing though to have an big open space like that with nothing hanging,no windows, etc.

I just bought a couple yards of white blackout curtain fabric for about $6 a yard (black on back/middle, white on front, 100% opaque). By the time I diy'd a hanging solution it could be close to this price (unless using leftover materials), but probably better quality, and definitely more durable.

For now I'm using some neodymium magnets to attach it to tent wall or curtain rods as needed.
