Probably so if it's modern.

(1254Wh * 90%) / wattage of your fridge

Slow charging.

I went with a Refurbished Ecoflow because I wanted to be able to dump a bunch of power into it in 1-1.5 hours.

I want my unit for power outages and by dumping power into it at a faster rate, you can reduce the runtime on your generator.

There are plenty of other units with 400-1000 watt AC charging.

If it is an inverter refrigerator, very likely. If not, then the surge current at start up will likely be too high.
