I bought one during last month's sale @ $499 and so far it has definitely been worth it. It's not crazy fast, it doesn't have a crazy long range, but for me it's perfect. For reference: My commute is only 4-5 miles a day, I have to fold the bike once, unfold it once, and charge it once a week. It's also really nice to be able to leave my bike in the basement and bring my battery up to charge (a huge plus in my book). I ride mostly on battery and pedal while at intersections or when more pedal-to-steering control is needed. I did a ton of research and this bike is essentially the best bang for your buck possible at $500.

Only 1 gear, 3 speed levels and max speed for pedal assist and throttle is 15 mph but theoretically you can go as fast as you would like it is just that the pedal assist won't engage.

Bummer!, I got all excited and bought it from Costco , only to realize that It is $399 on Jetson website
Edit:- This was a remanufactured bike on Jetson website

$399 on Jetson is remanufactured/refurbished and new one priced at $899 with model JHAZE-BLK-OB while refurbished model is JHAZE-BLK-RA
