Starts at 12:00 p.m. ET on May 1, 2023, and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on September 10, 2023

Open to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state/territory of residence, whichever is older) as of the date of entry

Limit one (1) entry per Entry Period and limit one (1) Bonus Entry (as described in rules) per person/email address.

PRIZE: Three (3) Prizes Will Be Awarded. The prize to be awarded for each Entry Period is as set forth below.

Entry Period 1: The Entry Period 1 prize winner will receive a London Series prize package consisting of: i) round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. and London, UK; ii) three (3) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard, double occupancy room) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; iii) the opportunity for winner and guest to view batting practice prior to one (1) of the games in the series; iv) the opportunity for winner and guest to participate in batting practice at London Stadium; v) the opportunity for winner and guest to receive a behind the scenes locker room tour; and vi) two (2) tickets for winner and guest to each game of the 2023 London Series currently scheduled to take place on June 24, 2023 and June 25, 2023. Exact nature and duration of the locker room tour and batting practice shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability and Sponsor's rules and regulations. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.

Entry Period 2: The Entry Period 2 prize winner will receive a VIP All-Star Week prize package consisting of: i) round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. and Seattle, WA; ii) three (3) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard, double occupancy room) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; iii) the opportunity for winner and guest to participate in a batting practice at T-Mobile Park; iv) two (2) tickets for winner and guest to the T-Mobile Homerun Derby; and v) two (2) tickets for winner and guest to the All-Star Game. Exact nature and duration of the batting practice, tour shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability and Sponsor's rules and regulations. ARV: $3,500.

Entry Period 3: The Entry Period 3 prize winner will receive a VIP Postseason experience consisting of: i) round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. and the host city of the Sponsor selected World Series game; ii) two (2) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard, double occupancy room) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; iii) the opportunity for winner only to hold the flag during the National Anthem at the selected World Series game; iv) the opportunity for winner and guest to have VIP access during a Postseason press conference (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); v) the opportunity for winner and guest to attend a meet and greet with MLB Network talent; vi) the opportunity for winner and guest to attend a VIP MLB Network broadcast experience; and vii) two (2) tickets for winner and guest to one (1) World Series game at Sponsor's sole discretion. Exact nature and duration of the VIP access to a Postseason press conference, the meet and greet and the broadcast experience shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability and Sponsor's rules and regulations. ARV: $3,500.
