It did but that issue was resolved. Miscalibrated machine put too little water in the vapor chamber. If you receive a card that has that issue or develops that issue AMD or the AIB partner will cover it.

Currently have a 3060 12gb. I don't play much since I work a lot but when I do play I hate getting 80 fps in wz2 or games feeling sluggish.
I built my new pc recently (last year towards the end of the gpu bs shortage) so was stuck with getting a 3060 from a 970.

What GPU should I get to play games like wz2 and stabilize my build a little more?

Specs are:
i9 13900k
64 GB DDR4 RAM
Z690 DDR4 MSI PRO-A MOBO
1200W PSU
1 TB 980 PRO NMVE2

Paired with the Samsung G9 odyssey Neo monitor (ultrawide monitor).
