I just got a similar deal on this saw with the new 2x18v blower. Really good tools. I already had the hedge trimmer and it is a beast for cutting through heavy shrubs or thick vines like blackberry.

Note these tools are quite heavy because of powerful motor, battery, solid construction. Which means that for the hedge trimmer, I actually use a lower-power light tool like Ryobi or Worx, and only bring out the " heavy machinery " for tough jobs. I called the M18 Fuel hedge trimmer my chosen " Brienne of Tarth " weapon.

Still rolling with my Kobalt 80v hedge trimmer from the clearance a while back. Anyone else? Pretty happy with that line overall despite the battery weight.

Not bad, wish it was a deal on the chainsaw + battery + charger though or the chainsaw + hacksaw. I need the hacksaw to cut some tree roots from some trees along my fence.

I'd love to see the blower and hedge trimmer go on sale! It's such a great combo. Staying patient.

I am too vested in Ego ecology but M18 hachet is one tool I'd willing to get for $299 if I get a 5Ah or bigger battery with.

I like using a pole saw even for things at ground level. Keeps you away from the blade and out of the bushes. Don't have to stoop for low stuff or reach for high. And one less tool.
