I thought that 3qt fryer on sale earlier this week was small! These seem much better for people restricted to kitchenettes and small apartments, like myself. Loved my Bella, but that was a big tub, too big for my sink. This really seems too small for most things that aren't novelty foods, but I like that they come as small as this, in case.
