This is just a quartz watch with a logo of a mid-tier brand that has no credibility in the watches space... not really a deal. This is basically how much it's worth

I wouldn't say $12 watch. Because I have seen $12 watches, and even some of those aren't that bad as far as weight and durability come to mind. But of course, this isn't hand crafted, but these brands do maintain quality like the color won't fade in a few months, or glass won't crack easily or get scratched. It's basically a fashion watch from a well known brand. It's also ceramic, which tend to be more expensive, and there is a niche where some people prefer ceramic watches.
