The title says straight cabinet, the pictures shows a slant cabinet.
You might want to confirm before buying. I suspect the picture is wrong.

Nice price

Too early in the morning. LMAO Slanted looks straight if you had too much to drink.

Celestine G12-E speakers in these guys. I've got a 2x12 with V30's, 4x12 with G12T-75's, and a 2x12 with G12M Greenbacks. Does anyone have experience with the G12-E? Is it compatible or vastly different than any of the speaker offerings I already have?

I prefer my cabinets straight, but after a few drinks I'm up for anything.

From what I've heard, theys ultra-light magnets in them and have more high/mid range response than the V series. I'd imagine you could pair any G series together as long as the impedience is similar.

I'm old school, so I seek out Greenbacks in my Marshalls.

The sale is on the straight cab, photos are wrong. Confirmed with their customer service Smilie

Note that these are made entirely of MDF. It's a decent product for the price, but at minimum a plywood speaker baffle is preferred. MDF is heaver than plywood, which might be why they're using the lighter speakers. An MDF speaker baffle also sounds less punchy than plywood.

If I paired this with a 50w 5150 would this be loud enough to practice in my bedroom? Smilie

Don't waste your money, for the price get a proper used 1960a/b

I have a mx4x12 and a 1960b w/ v30s

In both size and sound the mx series is tiny. Has this wierd mid range honk that is impossible to dial out. Also sounds like it has a wet blanket over it. Been trying to sell it for cheap for the last 2 years, nobody wants it and I don't blame them

Yep, this x1000. I almost picked up a used mx4x12 stack, because stack, you know? Then I read reviews and saved up/traded for a used 1960A cab, and then found a deal on a jcm800 1960b straight cab. It's fed by a Peavey Windsor 100w head and sounds incredible.

I paid $300-350 for the used 1960 cabs, so keep an eye out. Don't mind a rip in the tolex here or there, it's just character.

I do not promote over drinking or any actual perversion in my support of this most excellent humor. LOL. Sometimes it is just a joke. Sadly; things need to be clarified in this day and age; for little children's sake.

Crappy oem speakers and all the reviews will describe as "warm" aka flubby garbage.
