OP posted deal without any context.....two other posters, posted the same deal (as this one was hard to find). Op then added the time it went live and merged the two other threads into this one. Seeing as OP is staff, they should post properly from the get go instead of quick posting and then editing posts later to make them proper.

Yes, the people who were never promised anything being Epic didn't announce these giveaways prior to going live thought for 30 minutes they might get a bacon double cheese burger for free but later found out that they were only getting a double cheese burger, no bacon (still free) instead. Oh how they were "shafted" and lost their massive investment of absolutely nothing in the process to still get 30-40 hours of content for exactly $0.00.

The entitlement is real.....

Semi related: Can't decide if I like this game or not. In one hand is is beautiful, atmospheric, amazing music, good acting (and actors), original story but on the other hand is a massive "walking simulator"...literally. I am probably 4 hours in and do not know if I want to invest another 30+ hours into the process. If this was a 10 hour game with lots of side quests it would be one thing but the main story is supposed to be LONG.
