$15 shipping seems high if you are only getting one small item and is often a deal killer. But this flat rate shipping fee makes much more sense if you're getting multiple and/or bigger things.
Also, I personally only order their blemished items, which are indistinguishable from new. Just too many horror stories about reconditioned items being damaged. Though in-store reconditioned deals can often be found where you can inspect the item and avoid shipping damage.
