Though once loved, most Chipotles have fallen off in quality. Corporate mandates tiny burritos now, half the size as before, but still $10+. Customers are viewed as the enemy. Serious problems with morale and keeping employees. Corporate customer service is handled by AI, not a real person.

COVID really accelerated their decline. Local chipotle's had lines out the door, and now they are a ghost town like Moe's.

I've noticed that too. Burritos are absolutely miniscule.
I only received the $40 portion when the gift card was added. Is the $10 suppose to come separately? if so how can you add the extra $10 when only 1 gift card is allowed to be added to the app?

Yes. They responded quickly to COVID by downsizing staff, food and service to maintain profit. Corporate liked the profit, so it's the new business model and not going back to normal.

Not sure how it works here but Logan's wouldn't let me use a "bonus" card with the gift card. A ploy to get you in there more than once. Additionally, Logan's has decent coupons in their app. I wasn't allowed to use a coupon with the bonus either. Basically a poop deal all in all. Just wanted to mention that in case these "bonus" cards work the same.

So what do you suggest? I loved Moes years ago when it used to be $5 Mondays and went back recently because I had one by me and man was I shocked by quality. I still do like Chipotle even though they offer less toppings. I get the bowl and normally do not finish the whole thing so have a snack for later.

Thanks OP. Just completed purchase.
Our Chipotle is still thriving, always busy when we go to pick up. And portions still seem close to what we used to get. I wouldn't call them miniscule. As for declining, it's the best performing individual stock I have owned and I still own it.

Never order online. Always make sure they fill it by being in front of them. Works every time. And, always get the bowl as it holds more than a tortilla. I learned that years ago.
I never get the promos that expire. Too hard to keep up with.

I just wish they fix their gift card system to allow you to add more than one gift card like every other business.
