I have two of these. The features for the price point are really good. Their customer service is decent but will want $28 for every time they have to send you a part or a replacement (believe me, you will get well acquainted with them). That being said, these things just aren't worth the trouble. Don't even consider them if you aren't comfortable troubleshooting. Neither has held up well. Constantly throws error codes & Jams over the smallest of debris, forgets maps, etc…Just don't do it. You will regret it. I literally have to work on them daily. I've switched back to a broom & hand vac. Saving up for a Roborock or Roomba.

I bought two of these at the same time bc they were on sale a year ago.
For a smart robot this literally goes out of its way to bump into everything.
