Last time this was posted, people talked about flimsiness and wobbles. It looks cheaply made from thin materials. Similar to camping chairs , but even those look stronger. I think you're far better off building your own durability and price wise.
agreed, go to a junkyard and pull a very nice seat from a car for $50 and a couple 2 x 4's and black paint! You will be set with a cheaper and much stronger setup.

They are much more expensive $399 but I own an OpenWheeler simulator seat bought from Amazon. The Openwheeler is super strong, very customizeable and the company is great to deal with. Several times I emailed them asking for an extra bracket or other piece and every single time I need a piece to customize my setup they have just sent it out to me no questions asked. The Openwheeler has the ability to swap out a couple parts and go from racing simulator to combat flight simulator (hotas) or to a yoke style flight simulator or even have parts to switch it out to run helicoptor collective controls. I just bought a mount for a button box and it is so strong I could literally stand on it!!! I couldn't be happier with this product or company!

Looks like a gaming wheel strapped to a lawn chair lol what the heck is this contraption and who's buying this?
They also make some more premium seats and you can add motion controls for even more realism. Not uncommon for some users to spend up to $10K on a racing home rig. But for the rest of us poor chumps a lawn chair that can mount a racing wheel and pedals will do... https://nextlevelracing.com/racing-cockpits/

Had this and returned it, went to a good wheel stand.

I needed it for space, this thing is a pain to fold and requires effort to get your ideal sitting position back. It also folds into like a thick rectangle, so not the greatest to put away.

If space isn't a concern, it holds up well otherwise. Much happier with the GT Omega Apex wheel stand though. Using it with a Thrustmaster T300RS setup and 6 speed aliexpress shifter.

I had one for about a year with a dd pro. It's built way better than a camping chair. To get something significantly better you're going to start at $400, and likely used (8020 aluminum builds). If you're new to sim racing or have a rig in a shared space, I would recommend. If you know you're into sim and going to dedicate a bunch of time to it, save up for something else.

I wish I had seen this deal before I bought mine somewhere else a couple of days ago (shipped so I can't return at this point). I'll have to see for myself how different this is from the F-GT Lite, but for anyone reading the comments and having concerns, the one I owned was sturdy enough that I never had problems after an hour+ of sim racing with a VR headset on. It's not as comfortable as some of the $$$ rigs that I've tried but it makes up for it in convenience of folding and stowing away.
