I'll have to check out the thin crust. Agreed on the "deep dish," which isn't even really a deep dish, it's just really thick crust.

Large is 16" for actual pizzerias and 14" for fast food pizza (BJs is 14").

I second that. Deep dish at BJ is unlike anything Chicago's style; it's very doughy and requires extra cooking time which they won't do
