I can really use this, but don't want to deal with a gas engine and not sure how the warranty procedure is with this company.

On their site "Factory Blemished: Manufacturer's Warranty Included." Looking at their chart this would be under a manufacturer's 3 year warranty.

Low water pressure from your hose is irrelevant as long as it can supply more than the gpm required

Did you buy blemished or refurbished when it arrived poorly packed?

If anything was damaged in shipping surely they would send a replacement or something? The package would most likely be insured via the carrier so it's not like it would cost the seller anything to file a claim and just send a replacement?

Electric is progressing but can you really equate the quality Ego product to SwipeSmith brand or some Amazon rebranded knock off of a knock off. Too many of Amazon tools are over rated 3000psi probably means 1500psi, 1000 lumens means 300 lumens etc.

Yes. That engine also has auto idle down and it comes with a longer hose.

I just ordered the 3300 with the surface cleaner in my cart and after I submitted and placed the order I received a message that the surface cleaner was out of stock (I was still charged the full price). I'm going to call them tomorrow to see if I can receive a credit for the price of the surface cleaner.

The one you linked has an "F" rating on fakespot.com, probably not the best example to prove your argument.

Blemished is usually brand new perfect in box. They can't sell it new retail because home Depot has a contract to be the only seller of brand new Ryobi products.

I have a direct tools b&m nearby that I have bought almost all my tools from. They are basically a TTI wholeseller
