I'm with you there how does one dimish ones backlog. I can't seem to ever make progress
Better. Highly recommend, especially if you enjoyed the first.

The design of the game world is beautiful--such a unique and beautifully styled interface you can only really appreciate by interacting with it. I love the hybrid 3D/pixel world they've created.
There are definitely some peccadilloes with the game that slow it down, but it's been a relaxing and enjoyable game so far. Biggest challenge/frustration is that there are benefits to all the characters and with only 4 of the 8 in a party at once, can be annoying to keep swapping out to ensure you have some of the unique functionality of particular characters.
Overall, it's been a great "throwback style" RPG, doing a great job capturing the feel of some of the old Playstation and SNES classics.
