According to steamcharts the online multiplayer is still pretty active, 2816 players in last 30 days
Northstar is a modding framework client that allows users to host their own Titanfall 2 servers using custom scripts and assets to create custom content, as well as being able to host vanilla content.

Active but utter garbage matchmaking and party system. Crashes non stop. Not worth EA can go suck a Dick.
