In other words, it will require maintenance, like sanding and painting, when the paint starts to chip, flake, or wear off.
I would not recommend the Hampton Bay rocking chair over the Polywood, which will not require any maintenance, other than cleaning.
I just purchased 4 of the Polywood rocking chairs to replace my 3 year old wood rocking chairs, which all have paint missing, some with wood damage, and they all could use a repainting...

Ive had several polywood chairs outside in the south Florida sun for 3 years and they still look new. (Sand color). Love polywood.

Unfortunately didn't save a screenshot, but when I got the order confirmation a few minutes later it charged me the higher price. I'm guessing my order was going through right when they raised pricing, but the order confirmation screen never updated to the higher price.
Completely ridiculous they can charge me something different than what was shown on the final confirmation screen where I clicked place order (and, again, I'm 100% certain what the final screen showed due to the PayPal issue noted above) .
Lesson learned: always save screenshots when placing Home Depot orders. Never had this happen with any other retailer before.
UPDATE: Called HD and waited about ~6 minutes. She checked my order and confirmed the time stamp was exactly at the time the system was updating the price earlier this morning so they took care of it & refunded the difference without arguing. Great service, but still crazy that their system would process an order at a different amount than what was showing on the screen.
Recently went to Dollywood theme park and they had about 20 of these just sitting out for people to use. No cover, fully exposed to the elements. It's funny we sat in them and I was like damn we need to get some of these soon.... perfect timing on SD.

It should be known, as any good SD'er, I also already had a hastily placed order for the rockers when they were locked in at $90. Now to decide if I need 6 chairs or not...
