I was on that plan and got tired of running out of data too. It wasn't often, but even just a few times a year adds up. Switched to boost with 30GB (hotspot too) for $25/mo which is only like $7/mo more than I was paying for 8GB. And with the boost app, I get about $20-$25 back every two months or so, effectively making it about half price.

edit: Forgot to add that boost refill cards often go on sale too. I'm definitely paying less for 30GB than I was for 8GB with red pocket, just with a couple extra steps.
How were you able to get money back from boost?

The app has a point system. You get 5 points for logging in each day and you can spin a wheel to get between 5 and 1000 points. Each point is worth a cent.

There are ads you can watch too but I don't mess with that.

Why GSMA has more data compared to GSMT for the same plan?
$170 annual plan gives you 5GB on GSMA and 3GB on GSMT, is that correct?

But why does GSMT gets lower data for the same plan? Is T-mobile service better than At&t?
I am on GSMA plan and I am due for renewal in June. Last year RP had a deal on father's day, 3gb annual plan for $150. So far the only issue I have with At&t is not getting 5G connectivity because my device is not in 5G white list.
Just checked speed test. Getting 26Mbps down and 3Mbps up. Is this good speed on GSMA?

eBay annual plan (360 days) on sale too:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/133058473014
$160 for 5GB GSMA or 3GB GSMT / CDMA

Renewals are $180 which is strange because they don't mail you a SIM. I believe you can just buy a new SIM for $160 and use the Activation code they email you to apply as a Renewal. That's what I plan to do for my renewals.

My family's plans expire in July but don't know if the 3GB plan will go on sale again for July 4...

So you think buying a new sim and using the activation code for renewal will not cause any issue? I have to renew in August too. They wrote on their page that the promotional rate is only for new line activations only.
I got the Activation code in the email today and it says I can apply it anytime to my existing line. The new SIM is still in transit. For the eBay $160 deal that was for new SIMs for a short period of time.

RP just resells TM/VZ/ATT service, I'm guessing ATT charges them less. Service will depend on your location, phone. I'm using 2 lines on 4G GSMA; the speed is fine for me, just basic usage no gaming. I use one line solely as a hotspot for my Chromebook, I'm perfectly satisfied.

Are you sure it will work? I mentioned your method on a chat to a rep and he said that it would not work. I have three phones expiring on May 30, June 12, and June 30, respectively. I was hoping to buy three plans. However, I don't want to get new lines, obviously.

This is for eBay plan, no idea how it works for website plans.

It's $170 now for the eBay new SIM as well as Renewal so you might as well just get Renewal if that's what you need. My plan doesn't expire until July so I won't be trying the Activation code until then.

There is a lot of stiff competition for that title. My vote is for Boost.
Agreed. I'm having no problems with my trial of RP. Boost? They wouldn't even let me activate a compatible phone and refused to consider the facts!
