Was very surprised for being sugar free it was pretty good 👍
Yup, everybody's taste buds/perception are different, of course, mostly due to genetics, but I honestly can't tell the difference between this and sugared jam/jelly. If you're normally good with sucralose sweetened stuff, you'll probably be good with these.
(These are normally 2.88 at my local grocery, so not much of a discount, but this is a good price as far as amazon if your local grocer doesn't carry them or you just prefer delivery.)
Maltodextrin being so high in the list of ingredients is my only real concern. Sort of a man-made sugar that typically skips the Nutritional Facts numbers that some people watch. People on Keto (clean, dirty, or otherwise) will load up on items with this in it and then scratch their heads at glycemic response or why their diet stalled.
Not necessarily saying to avoid it but just keep it in mind if you suddenly have issues losing weight if you had previously been able to do so.
But understand I am NOT a nutrition expert. Just regurgitating what I see online and my personal experience. I may be spouting nonsense.
