D2D stands for Disc 2 Digital. It is a program that VUDU still offers from select movie studios to convert your Blu-ray copies to HDX digital for $2. However, losers abuse the shit out of the program which is why only a few studios participate and none have offered a similar program for 4K UHD discs. This deal was for a 4K license; more optimal than D2D.
There are a lot of people that are always "concerned" about a housing bubble. The burst may or may not happen, but they're CONSTANTLY talking about it - and if/when it does happen, it just means their guess finally happened and they'll claim "I told ya so!" when that's all it was, a "guess."
Fact is, no one can predict these things. There are real estate moguls, experts, pundits, etc that have been saying this for the last 5-7 years but the only thing that's happend since then is the housing market shot through the roof.
If you make longshot predictions people will only remember/see the one you got right so guess away!
