With the level of performance this card is aimed forz 8gb is not really a limitng factor, you won't get more vram for anywhere near that price ( maybe the 6700 10gb but they are 270+ and running out of stock).
Good deal If you need a GPU in my opinion

If you play only newer games, either should be fine. But if you play anything 5+ years old, you are better off with a Radeon or Geforce card.
