YMMV - but may be worth checking FB marketplace or even Craiglist. I lived up and down the east coast for my job and I've always been able to find a hobbyist building quality porch swings for $100-$200. It's always been a must have by wife. They're usually too cumbersome to move with so they're given away as presents to friends family when I've had to move.
