Dang, I paid 219 for this back in November.
It's a great vacuum, really enjoy pretty much every aspect of it.
Might have to go buy one and return it from the old receipt.
How's the suction has almost everything else the stratos offers for 200 less

I have a pretty old Shark Vac that's on its way out. I've been debating this vacuum for a while, but I've been hesitant because most of the negative reviews mention the brush head breaking within a year. Seems good otherwise, may still get it.

That's no problem since it's Costco

More than good enough for sure.
Picks up anything off the wood floors with the soft rollers (flour, crumbs, etc) and pulls pet hair out of the carpet easily when set to carpet mode.
My favorite part is how it doesn't get tangled with anything since it doesn't use bristles.
I was happy with it at 200 bucks, for reference.

My only complaint with this product was the plastic-y smell it started giving after a few runs. I am happy with the job it does though.

This vs the CZ2001 canister? $150 from Walmart right now, thinking the canister wand makes it easier or even possible to vacuum under the bed whereas this upright doesn't really have a way to do that

This has multiple attachments. Pretty sure under the bed won't be a problem.

I want one. I'm tired of getting bags for my miele. Couldn't make a usable reusable bag. Get cheaper paper hoover or other bags that fit. Miss bagless upright. My last Shark died like the one before it. I wanted to get something more expensive and "better" because hepa filters were expensive. Miele has better suction but is more expensive in the long run because of bags and filters.

manual: https://support.sharkclean.co.uk/...201215.pdf

So even if you laid the vacuum flat, which older vacuums could do not sure if this one can, the canister would be too bulky to fit under platform beds. Once you lift the handle away the pole does not attach to the carpet head (designed to only work with attachments) so no, there actually would not be a way to vacuum under platform beds (or even most beds).

iz a problem

I've heard those things last forever though.
