I just got vacuum from HD that was post here for 99.

I had just received the Dyson Animal 3 and the plastic on this Shark seems much sturdier. The canister on this one seems like it will be way easier to use than fighting with the Animal, too. The canister is lightweight enough to hold while using or can be placed on the ground. It's also easy to maneuver around and the Animal not so much. I mainly have hardwood floors with only a few area rugs and also want something that I can use to dust and vacuum the sofa. I was 0% impressed with the turbine tool on the Animal. I rarely return anything to Costco but the Shark seems to be better quality than the Animal for a third of the price and if the reviews here are accurate, I'll be returning the Animal and saving myself almost $200.
