That was an old promo, my bad. The only reason I asked was this FAQ answer, and I wasn't sure what is considered exclusive, it didn't seem obvious from their site.
"You get access to most benefits during your trial. Exclusive access are available for members only after their free trial."
For anybody interested, looks like this one is exclusive to non-trials. The description has the word "exclusive" but it was hard to know if that was just boilerplate speak from Cinemark: Get 1 month free of Cinemark Movie Club
Here's my code since I'm a subscriber already—really wish I could upgrade from normal to ultimate tier though

Are you saying you have the old Game Pass separate from Gold? If so the months of Gold and Game Pass convert 1:1 with months of GPU when you switch. If you are going to switch to GPU at some point anyway you can save a decent amount over 3 years by loading up with 3 years of Gold upfront.
Assuming you buy annual Gold at $60 and monthly Game Pass at $10 that's $180/yr or $540/3yr. Using the conversion trick you could just buy three 12mo Gold for $60 each and one month of GPU for $15, making your 3-year total only $195 instead. There are also frequently some deals on SD to activate Gold codes from other countries that can make it even cheaper; when I did it a year ago I got three 12-month Gold codes meant for Turkey for ~$31 each and at the time they had a "first month of GPU for $1" promo (unfortunately cancelled a couple months ago), so my total for three years of GPU was only about $94.
Overall it's pretty easy to do, but there are some things you have to be careful with (most importantly making sure you don't try to redeem more than 36 months of Gold). This is a pretty good guide that covers the whole process including the gotcha's: https://www.pcworld.com/article/3...e-tip.html
