Needing a tool to swap blades out is awful. The HP version of this tool is more expensive but worth the price just for the tooless, quick change capabilities.

This deal went OOS earlier this morning, and is now available again (not sure for how long).

Given the above, I think this is a buy now, think later deal - easy return to HD if you change your mind. Slick pricing for sure.

This is more like everyday price. They are always trying to sell off this tool because it's bottom of the barrel. The only perk is the extra blade set. Invest in brushless with tool less blade swap. Otherwise, you can probably find this tool cheaper elsewhere.

I have this and needing to use a tool to change the blade is annoying but not a deal breaker for the "once in awhile" diy homeowner. I like how this has a trigger (w/ trigger lock) vs. the on/off switch the brushless has.

I have this... It is not good. Used it with a new very expensive blade for cutting door jams and it was struggling. Bought a Dewalt and it zipped right through. I have a lot of ryobi and like the brand but this isn't very good in my experience.
