Crucial MX500 is another 'used to be well regarded' line I've heard that did this too
Couple of questions about the 4TB:
(1) Is it single or double sided?
(2) Does it need a heatsink? Thinking of using this as a primary drive on LG Gram and doubt a heatsink would fit. The Gram is PCIe 3.0, doesn't support PCIe 4.0 so not an issue.
And which is better, this or 2TB Solidigm P41 Plus M.2 2280 (https://slickdeals.net/f/16676210-2tb-solidigm-p41-plus-nvme-gen4-ssd-75?p=163733768&

DRAM buffered SSD better that that use case?
The RTS5673DL is dramless and 4 channel. The RTS5672 support DRAM and 8 channel. Reference [guru3d.com]
