Exactly what I was thinking. During the sign up, it only gives you these 14 choices. I'll post a pic of the 13 states (and Puerto Rico) it's good for. I tested Colorado, and it worked. $60.75 for 2 member sign up in Colorado. NO option for plus or other upgrades--only option for Basic.

In case you're wondering, like me: it does not work for California.

You have to wait a certain amount of days before you can upgrade. It's either 7-14 I can't remember. The upgrade is good for both people as well.

Stupid Jersey never gets these discounts, but today was my lucky day…

For some bizarre reason, discount prices showed up for AAA Northeast today. $3.50 per month for Basic, like 5.50 for Plus, and $6.50 for Premier. $78 a year. Not bad…

So I go to enroll for Premier, and at the payment screen, the price changes to $11.17 per month. Forget it…

I decided to call. The agent offered me $9.25 per month for Premier. Not good enough. Gimme my $6.50 per month. The agent tries another promo code. SUCCESS! Ended up getting Premier for the year for $66 by paying annually.

Of course, I'm gonna have to fight again next year, but for now, I'm happy!
