When I first followed the link to the Lowes website, it came up out of stock. I did a Google search which took me to Lowes again, and with this link, it came up available, but with "see price in cart". I was able to order it with pickup available on May 31. So, be persistent, and you might find it.

Buy this immediately. I have this model and this is a fantastic deal, especially if you're in the ecosystem. The leaf blower is so good with the 7.5 AH battery because it lasts longer than 7 minutes when you use turbo mode, so there is really good synergy if you own the mower and blower. I use the mower to mulch after I collect all of the leaves.

I bought this model when it was $499.99 about 1.5 months ago. This model doesn't have the brushless motor but I honestly don't think it matters.

I've got a 1/4 acre lot, and I can get 2 mows on a single charge with the self propel at full speed. This thing is incredibly efficient and cuts well. My lawn is tall fescue and incredibly thick, I mow at 3.5 & 4 inches and this thing has no issue with that. My neighbor has a gas cub cadet and similar lawn and after a stretch of rain both of our lawns was over 6 inches and his mower was struggling to cut at a higher height, I had no problems with this EGO.

The only knock I'll give is it's awkward removing the bag since the handle extension has a cross bar on the middle. But since it folds up it makes sense. The bagging feature works really well too.

You won't be sorry buying this mower, also go to raise.com and buy some Lowes gift cards at 8-10% off to save even more.

I bought the 5amp battery+blower from acme tools for $169 to use with this mower.

Didn't really need the extra battery after all, these things are beasts!

So searched some more and found the open box one they had in store. Looks new but the box is a bit bangged up and open box flaps. Not sure if it is the floor model. The manager does not want to budge on the price. Not sure I want to gamble on it

In theory would have same warranty, I'd check the date on the battery if that was the case. Mine was December of 2021.

I've seen this pop up in a few times around the $450-500 price point if you'd rather wait
