Online Apple lists is at $199 for two years for the Apple care without theft protection. Should be $199 you'd be getting back if canceled within 30 days of purchase. Anything after 30 days and Apple says it will prorate the refund.

Costco likely gets a discount and not the retail price paid by end consumers. People in multiple threads reported getting around 135-150 refunded back. 🤷🏻 ♂️

Assuming this was done via local / third party seller. Hope it was legitimate and not a reported stolen phone which can potentially get blacklisted down the road (such as for insurance or legitimately stolen), or always the potential for someone who didn't pay their full bill. Then again you could have been super lucky with buying from a friend and/or someone who didn't know its value and just wanted to get rid of it. Either way, it's a rare instance. Congrats.

Its a costco purchase, discover doesnt care if it is horse manure or an iphone. As long as its from costco you get 5% back!

yea it was shipped yesterday and received today. UPS just left the bubble wrap envelope in my front stoop without ringing the bell or anything. anyone could have swiped it
