It works with some dimmers. We have Leviton and Feit dimmer switches and with the Feit, it flickers at a certain level.
I've got an older version I think and yes they do flicker at certain levels but it's easily corrected. I think the box said lifetime for me but I've had lots burn out but it's been 9 years. Any suggestions on whether I should get 2700 or 5000? Either of them affect sleep or other weird side effects?

2700 is easy to use any where. 5000 white is harder on the eyes inside.

We use 2700 as well and yes, we also see failures after 6+ years.
Great deal, but I canceled my order after seeing a number of reviews saying it didn't work with dimmers, along with some longevity issues. I initially ordered because I like the idea of better longevity. But I realized it's much easier for me to change a bulb using a pole versus replacing these retrofit kits if it goes bad. I saw some people had these go bad in 6 months, while offers has no issues 5 years later.

It is incredibly easy to swap these out though, I should have bought more. It has been 8-9 years and some are still going, prob 70% but honestly for $3 for even 5 years is a pretty good deal. They do work with a dimmer, just not if it's super low sometimes

Hopefully they continue to work, but if not, Costco has my back.
