I went to two nearby dollar general stores. They do not have this in their local flyers even though the website shows this deal for the stores. Any one successfully purchase this?

The store does not have this in their flyer even though the website shows this for the store. I purchased $10 att prepaid card to try it out. They do charge sales tax on it and no 20% discount at all.

Also, my 300 dollar plan yearly plan will expire next year, I assume I can still renew my plan by adding 300 prepaid if I am able to purchase it
