I was hoping to find a sub $1000 deal for 65 inch TV this Memorial Day weekend, but all I'm seeing is $2k-4k TV deals.

New OLED 65 for $1k is hard, I think I have only seen the B2 model hit that price

For a brand new G3 that literally hit stores this month? Even last year's C2, which this new g series is actually way better than hasn't hit sub $1000 for 65

I think you are mixing models. You may be able to get last year's b series as a 65". Maybe a c2 open box at 65".

This G3 will not hit 65" at sub 1k ever. The stores pay more than that as fyi... The cost of a G series to a store is over $1300...

I'm inexperienced buying TV's --- this is the specific TV I want. I was planning on waiting until 2 weeks before Black Friday which is when I hear the best deals are. Is there probably gonna be better deals than this at that time or should I just buy now? I'm willing to wait for a substantially better deal.

Yes there will be way better deals. Just search up deals on the 77" G2 and you'll see about what you can expect and when.
