I have samples of Aventus and it is a very nice scent, but it's one of few that I've found where the cheapo dupe (Armaf Club de Nuit Intense) is 99% as good, and that's $30 for 200ml. More power to people who want the real stuff, but for those that just want the fresh scent, I'd be hard to justify paying 8-10x for 1/2 the amount

I haven't tried Creed, but folks say L'Aventure is pretty close to it. I've bought this a few times and have gotten compliments on it:

The link I previously posted is shipped and sold by Amazon.com. For a $33 bottle of cologne I don't think anyone's going to go out of there way to clone it.

What happens if I buy this as a gift for someone, they open it, and do not like it?
How would the return go for them? Would I need to return it for them? Are returns even allowed?
Would it be cash for me or store credit for them, depending on who returned it?
Just curious how this would work as we've never purchased cologne from Costco before.
Thanks for any help you can offer!

It states it qualifies for the satisfaction guarantee. If you buy it and don't like it they will refund you. I'm not familiar with how someone else returning to the store would work. I'd imagine they would need the receipt at a minimum.

Costco will gladly take it back. But provide store credit.

I dunno about Creed. so many people rave about it, but to me it has a Grandpa smell to it.

When did cologne go to $250? That is crazy expensive. Is this how they are pricing smelly alcohol these days?

I recently started getting into colognes, not sure how anyone could give them money once you know they lied about most of their history and things like drive me crazy..

Oh man, you may want to avoid GAP, Apple, Nike to name a few. Lots of child labor and inhumane working conditions for below livable wage. I think you may need to make your own products going forward.
