1. Samsung 870 EVO - Ideal amount of DRAM at all capacities (1GB DRAM per 1TB NAND). This drive has historically had reliability issues.
2. Samsung 870 QVO - I'm not sure if this drive still has the ideal amount of DRAM at the higher capacities but all models do have some DRAM. The QVO line uses QLC NAND and is significantly inferior to the EVO line's TLC NAND.
3. Crucial MX500 - Modern versions have 512MB DRAM at all capacities, which is less than ideal at 1TB+. This is currently the SATA drive I'm most inclined to recommend.
4. ("Previous generation") WD Blue 3D / SanDisk Ultra 3D - Has DRAM but not sure of amount. The "new generation" WD Blue SA510 does NOT have DRAM and seems to be overpriced garbage.
5. There's an SK Hynix drive that isn't very common but I think has DRAM.
Most other modern SATA drives are DRAM-less. Some companies (including ADATA and Silicon Power) falsely advertise some models as having DRAM, even though they don't (at least not what most people would consider DRAM). Double dishonorable mention for Silicon Power advertising QLC drives as TLC.
There are some popular databases/spreadsheets with SSD info. Much of the info is out of date because companies are constantly changing components but not model numbers. I've bought 4 cheap SATA SSDs in the last year and not one of them came with the components listed in those resources.

"Although due to the lack of DRAM cache and the slower write speeds we would not recommend using the Sandisk SSD Plus as your primary OS drive, it can still be a handy drive to have in the system to dump some games on and enjoy faster loading times without completely breaking the bank."
5. Sandisk SSD Plus
Best Storage DRAM-less SATA SSD
Pros
- Lots of Capacity Options
- Good Read Speeds
ConsThis drive is not even a 3D NAND drive! It only has 2D NAND! The price is not worth buying. A drive with DRAM Cache TLC and 3D NAND is only $6 more!
I wish I did not buy this drive! Now I can't return it!
