BEWARE: Geekbuying censors negative reviews. I left a 4 star review explaining problems I had with product, they did not post it, instead they opened a support ticket feigning to "help me". If they had read the review, they would see it is resolved. This is some sort of system to allow only five star reviews on items.

No. This doesn't have wifi. Even with wifi you can't trade - on miyoo mini with wifi you're not able to from what I read

Retroarch didn't implement the game link emulation so you can't trade pokemon. But if you have multiple devices you can play stuff like Mario Cart in linked mode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxrfblFXLTY

That said I don't think the WiFi is very useful for anything other than OTA updates of your OS.

I would recommend the Miyoo if you can afford it. The buttons and screen are better, the speaker and buttons are easily upgradable if you like messing with these things, and OnionOS is fantastic because the Miyoo Mini community is really big and active. The main drawback of the Miyoo is no HDMI out, but imo if you're going to be playing on the TV you should use a different emulation solution (maybe a computer + controller, a docked steam deck, etc). This device is for portability and nostalgia -- the form factor is really sweet.

I mostly play GB/GBC/GBA games and I love that OnionOS lets me toggle 4x fast forward for grindy games.
