Prize. There is one prize for the entire Sweepstakes. The maximum approximate retail value ("ARV") for all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $5,969.91 USD/ CAD$8,038.63. Total ARV for the Sweepstakes prize may vary due to travel arrangements and/or exchange rates. All ARVs herein are based on exchange rates as of April 19, 2023. The prize consists of the following:

One (1) golf bag of TaylorMade clubs, which includes one (1) Stealth 2 Driver; three (3) Stealth 2 Fairway Woods; one (1) set of seven (7) Stealth Irons; three (3) MG3 or Hi-Toe 3 Wedges (based on winner selection and subject to availability), and one (1) Spider GTx Putter (ARV $3,449.91 USD/CAD$4,645.39); and

If winner resides in the U.S. or District of Columbia, the prize includes roundtrip airfare up to but not exceeding $700 USD for the winner and one guest between an airport in proximity to the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport in proximity to TPC Scottsdale (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights hotel accommodations in the greater Scottsdale, AZ area (hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), one room standard double occupancy (ARV $500 USD); and one (1) round of golf for four people (green fees and golf cart included) at TPC Scottsdale, 17020 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 (ARV $1,320 USD) (Please note: Winner and guest must bring their own golf clubs in order to play golf).

If winner resides in Canada, the prize includes roundtrip airfare up to but not exceeding CAD$942.57 for the winner and one guest between an airport in proximity to the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport in proximity to The Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights hotel accommodations in the greater Banff, Alberta area (hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), one room standard double occupancy (ARV $500 CDN); and one (1) round of golf for four people (green fees and golf cart included) at The Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course, 405 Spray Avenue, Banff, Alberta T1L1J4, Canada (ARV CAD$1,777.41) (Please note: Winner and guest must bring their own golf clubs in order to play golf).

IF THE COST OF ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE EXCEEDS $700 USD OR CAD$942.57, THEN WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL SUMS IN EXCESS OF SUCH MAXIMUM AMOUNT.

IF WINNER RESIDES WITHIN 300 MILES OF THE APPLICABLE GOLF COURSE (AS DETERMINED BY THE SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION), THE PRIZE WILL NOT INCLUDE ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE AND WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE APPLICABLE DESTINATION POINT. SPONSOR WILL PROVIDE A $200 USD/CAD$269.31 SHELL GIFT CARD IN LIEU OF AIRFARE. ALL DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR IN THIS REGARD WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING WITHOUT RIGHT OF APPEAL.

Winner and guest must travel and utilize hotel stay between July 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024 (weather dependent). Specific dates of travel (including hotel stay) may be selected by winner, subject to travel and hotel availability and blackout dates, provided that winner notifies Sponsor of desired travel dates no less than 45 days prior to requested travel dates.
