Ultra-wide field of view mixed with a compact and portable design, the Canon RF 16mm f/2.8 STM is a sleek everyday wide-angle prime. Blending a compact, lightweight design with a bright maximum aperture, this rectilinear ultra-wide comes in handy when photographing interiors and architectural subjects, as well as broad landscape views and astrophotography scenes.
One aspherical element is featured in the optical design, which limits distortion and contributes to a high degree of sharpness for accurate rendering. This unique lens also sports a close 5.1" minimum focusing distance for close-up shooting and the STM AF motor enables smooth and quiet focusing performance to suit both photo and video applications. The lightweight design and broad field of view also make this lens an enticing option for vlogging and content creation.

I have these.... It is not the fastest but with the light weight lens, it is fast enough for 20, 30, 40 fps with AF. They are good for most situations they were designed for.

All the crap stm motor lenses. 🤮. Slow auto focus and loud.

The RF 100mm f/2.8 L IS Macro lens is a great lens, good for portrait work in addition to it providing a 1.4x magnification for macro shots. Well worth the cost!

I've never experienced the focus shift issues that some are claiming. I absolutely love this lens. I love that I can shoot the majority of my macro shots handheld.

Been using my EF 50mm 1.4 with my RP. At this price I figured I'd try the 50mm 1.8. If anything, it'll the camera footprint even smaller..
